“I Have a Right to Be Emotional” – Angella Katatumba Reminisces about Relationship with Daddy Andre

Following the recent photos and videos that made rounds on social media from Nina Roz and Daddy Andre’s Kukyala ceremony, heartbroken Angella Katatumba sent out a congratulatory message to the couple but also revealed she is “emotionally drained.”

Towards the end of 2019, Andre and Angella Katatumba dominated the headlines for a greater part as they showered each other with their new-found love which the two believed would end up in a marriage.

The two love birds released a song dubbed ‘Tonelabila’ which was more of a promise made by the two to never forget the lovely moments they had shared.

However, their relationship started hitting the rocks sooner, and by January 2020, they had bitterly split with the songstress revealing that the producer had refused to take an HIV test on top of other reasons.

Appearing on the NBS uncut show, Katatumba insisted that if Andre had accepted to go for the HIV test, maybe their relationship could have survived.

“If he had accepted my only condition, then I would be the one in Nina’s position because Andre had even introduced me to his parents in Busia and he wanted our relationship to be serious,” she said.

Katatumba further revealed that Andre had rented an apartment in Munyonyo and the two had moved in together.

“Andre did everything for me and I will always be grateful, he was never a bad fiancé because he made me feel loved, something no other man has ever done, so this leaves me so emotional to see that I should have been with him but I am not. Everyone has a right to be emotional and am emotional for what could have been,” she added.

Andre moved on from what he had with Katatumba and the past two months have been filled with rumors of his “serious” relationship with fellow singer Nina Roz.

Both artists denied the allegations until last Friday when they surprised everyone with their private Kukyala ceremony.
