After a year without studying, primary five and six pupils have resumed their classes this week.
All schools and other institutions of learning were instructed by the government to close down in March 2020, to prevent further spread of the covid-19 virus.
However, the government later released a timetable showing how when various classes would open. Schools were urged to strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
According to the timetable released by the Ministry of Education and Sports, earlier in February 2021, the Primary four and five pupils are supposed to resume classes on April 06 202, following the primary six, senior 3, and 5 students (semi candidates) who reported on March 01, 2021.
Meanwhile, P1, P2, and P3 pupils are expected to resume class on June 7, 2021. These will later be followed by S 1 students on April 12 and S2 students on May 31, 2021.
